💳 DealzCharge LLC – Payment Terms & Conditions

These Payment Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from DealzCharge LLC. By completing a transaction with us, you agree to the following:
1. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
All payments must be authorized and successfully processed before an order is confirmed.
DealzCharge LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment cannot be verified.
2. Pricing & Charges
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (where applicable) are calculated at checkout.
Promotional discounts or coupons must be applied at the time of purchase; they cannot be retroactively applied.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in accordance with our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 1 business day after returned items are inspected.
Partial refunds may apply if items are not returned in original condition.
4. Returns & Exchanges (Payment Impact)
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are non-refundable:
Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
Gift cards.
Shipping charges (including deductions for free shipping promotions).
6. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 2 days of delivery.
DealzCharge LLC will provide a prepaid return label and issue either:
A full refund, or
An exchange for the correct item.
7. Late Returns & Payment Liability
Returns initiated after 30 days or exchanges after 7 days will not be processed.
Items returned outside the allowed window will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Refunds will not be issued for late returns.
8. Gift Purchases
Gift items may be returned or exchanged with proof of purchase or a gift receipt.
Refunds for gifts will be issued to the original payment method used by the purchaser.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure accurate billing information is provided at checkout.
Maintain sufficient funds or credit limits to cover the transaction.
Cover return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
