💳 DealzCharge LLC – Payment Terms & Conditions

These Payment Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from DealzCharge LLC. By completing a transaction with us, you agree to the following:

 

1. Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

  • All payments must be authorized and successfully processed before an order is confirmed.

  • DealzCharge LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment cannot be verified.

 

2. Pricing & Charges

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (where applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • Promotional discounts or coupons must be applied at the time of purchase; they cannot be retroactively applied.

 

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in accordance with our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 1 business day after returned items are inspected.

  • Partial refunds may apply if items are not returned in original condition.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges (Payment Impact)

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

5. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”

  • Gift cards.

  • Shipping charges (including deductions for free shipping promotions).

 

6. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 2 days of delivery.

  • DealzCharge LLC will provide a prepaid return label and issue either:

    • A full refund, or

    • An exchange for the correct item.

 

7. Late Returns & Payment Liability

  • Returns initiated after 30 days or exchanges after 7 days will not be processed.

  • Items returned outside the allowed window will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

  • Refunds will not be issued for late returns.

 

8. Gift Purchases

  • Gift items may be returned or exchanged with proof of purchase or a gift receipt.

  • Refunds for gifts will be issued to the original payment method used by the purchaser.

 

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate billing information is provided at checkout.

  • Maintain sufficient funds or credit limits to cover the transaction.

  • Cover return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
